We have a number of contact forms on our site. These are short forms that allow us to contact you regarding our services or a mobility scooter that you have enquired about buying or selling.

Dovetrail Mobility Ltd. utilises Microsoft 365 for communication and collaborative activities. Customer information processed includes contact details and related data used for internal collaboration and communication purposes. Microsoft 365 follows industry-leading security standards, with access restricted to authorized personnel. Customer data may be shared with Microsoft for the purpose of facilitating collaborative activities. Plus 8 Digital – Website, data & marketing management. 

Dovetrail Mobility Ltd. collaborates with a Plus 8 Digital for managing, developing, and improving the website. Customer information processed includes website interactions and related data. This information is used for website maintenance, development, and enhancement purposes. Plus 8 Digital follows industry-leading security standards, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Customer data may be shared with the web development company for the sole purpose of managing, developing, and improving the website.  

Mailchimp – Mailing list. 

Dovetrail Mobility Ltd. utilises Mailchimp for email marketing activities. The information processed includes contact details and other relevant data. This information is employed for communication, marketing, and analytics purposes. Mailchimp adheres to industry-leading security standards, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Dovetrail Mobility Ltd. partners with Add People for the ongoing management of Google Ads and Analytics platforms. Customer information processed includes data relevant to advertising and website analytics. This information is used for optimizing advertising campaigns and analysing website performance. Add People adheres to industry-leading security standards, with access restricted to authorized personnel. Customer data may be shared with Add People for the sole purpose of managing Google Ads and Analytics.
