Second Hand Kymco Maxi XLS

The Kymco Maxi Mobility Scooter is an exceptionally comfortable and reliable scooter and is the ideal choice for those wanting to tackle even the roughest of terrains. With its front and rear suspension and incredibly high ground clearance this Mobility Scooter can deal with uneven terrain as easily as it does with roads and pavements. Thanks to the large 12″ tyres and extremely well padded seat and backrest the Kymco Maxi provides the user with the most comfortable and supportive ride at all times. Despite its size, the Maxi is surprisingly manoeuvrable and therefore would be suitable for larger supermarkets and shopping centres. With a top speed of 8mph and a huge range of up to 35 miles on a single charge, the Kymco Maxi XLS is perfect for longer trips and all day use.

Insurance for mobility scooters or wheelchairs is not legally required, but it is highly recommended. Insurance can offer you peace of mind by protecting against potential damages, theft, and liability in case of accidents that may cause injury to others or their property.

While public liability insurance isn’t mandatory, it’s advisable as it covers costs if you’re found responsible for causing damage or injury. Some policies also offer coverage for personal accidents, repairs, and replacements.

The need for insurance can also vary based on whether you use your mobility device on private property or public roads. Additionally, if you travel, insurance can cover damages or losses incurred during your trip. Checking with local authorities or insurance providers for specific requirements and options available in your area is a good idea to ensure you have appropriate coverage.
