In accordance with the “The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013” and “The Consumer Rights Act 2015” customers have the right to return an order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving reason. After this period, Dovetrail Mobility LTD T/A Used Mobility Scooter Shop cannot accept any returns. Unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, you must contact us in writing at either the email address or postal address below to notify us of your decision. Please note, cancellations over the telephone can not be accepted. For non electronic forms of cancellation, please note the 14 day notice period starts from when you send the communication and not from when we receive it so please ensure written notifications are correctly dated.

To receive a full refund the product(s) must be returned in the same condition as sold and match our pre-delivery photographic records. If the product(s) are not returned in their original condition, Used Mobility Scooter Shop reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s) or parts required for remedial works or make deductions that fairly reflect a reduction in the resale value. All refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods. Please note, this time is intended to allow our engineers to mechanically re-check products before resale for safety.
All products sold by Used Mobility Scooter Shop include free delivery to mainland England & Wales.
Please note, it is the customers responsibility to return the goods and pay for the return however, as all of our products are bulky and may represent obstacles to repackage, transport and allow for safe return, Dovetrail Mobility LTD T/A Used Mobility Scooter Shop will arrange for an operative to collect your return within 14 days of notification of a cancellation. All refunds are subject to a deduction of a minimum collection charge of £150. A higher tier collection charge of £250 will apply for customers outside of a 50 miles radius of our registered business address of 7 St Johns Road Polegate BN26 5BN.
